SCGA Dues Increase - Impact

(Note* There is nothing the club needs to do regarding the SCGA dues increase. The total dues a member is charged will automatically increase when appropriate reflecting the SCGA change.)

As previously shared, the SCGA is planning a $5 dues increase, effective January 1, 2025. For those members who have a subscription end date of December 31, 2024 and beyond, dues will increase to $41 per member (previously $36 per member) because the start date of their new membership cycle begins January 1, 2025 or later.

Here’s how a club can identify their members impacted by this change:

Log into Golf Nations => Access the Roster tab => Sort by Subscription End Date column:

Note: The fee change is NOT associated with the physical day the member renews, but the start date of the new cycle (one day after the listed subscription end date). As an example, if Munyer, Wayne paid online in December 2024, that member would be charged $41 for SCGA dues (the new fee) BECAUSE THE NEW MEMBERSHIP CYCLE BEGINS ON 2/4/25.

Farther down, if Nathanson, Brian, was set to rollover ON prior to the 12/31/24 expiration date, the club would be charged $41 for the member BECAUSE THE NEW MEMBERSHIP CYCLE BEGINS ON 1/1/25.For those clubs using the online commerce portal => Example below:

  • Here is an example of the current price setup with $36 SCGA dues:

  • And here’s what it will look like when SCGA dues change to $41:

  • There is nothing the club needs to do regarding the SCGA dues increase to $41.

If the club wishes to increase its portion of the total dues, please send an email to membership@scga.org with the following information:

  • New club portion only price
  • Date it should be implemented
